Here's some important info you need to know for the day.

*WEATHER*

We will be going ahead rain or shine and although the weather is looking OK for Saturday, if that changes you may like to bring your redbands and a brolly.

*ARRIVAL & PARKING*
You will need to arrive on site here at 9am. This is so we can get you parked up before gates open at 10am.We want to minimise moving vehicles as much as possible once spectators arrive. Parking will be arranged on the morning of but all flex comp vehicles will be parked last. This will help the flex comp run smoothly and limit moving extra vehicles unnecessarily. Show 'n' Shine vehicles are NOT to be moved around once parked. We will have team members ready to guide your vehicles into place, so please follow their instructions for everyone's safety. 

The Little Cherry Coffee Cart will also be on site from 9am, so we can all get our caffeine fix during set up. 

*COMPETITION*
You will each get competition sticker with your competitor number. These are to be put on your windscreen. (two stickers for those entered in both competitions). Stickers will be used to identify you for judging and prizes.Vehicles must be road legal for the flex comp and we won't accept illegal mods e.g. removed sway bars etc.Let's keep it fair and fun!

If you have not paid your entry fee yet, please do so ASAP so we don't have to muck around with payments on the day. If you think you have not received the invoice for entry fee, check your email junk folder and then contact Adele.
